Tim Sanchez, Owner

With nearly twenty years of experience in the construction industry, I have developed an extensive knowledge base of construction. My career began in civil design, which led to construction management of civil projects including utility construction, site development, roadways, bridges, and railroads. I later transitioned to working in commercial construction. After gaining several years of experience as a project manager and superintendent with one of the
top general contractors in the state, I took the chance to build my own company. Now, I’m doing what I have always dreamed of, I own and operate Golden Key Construction as a general contractor. I have been in the commercial construction industry for more than 10 years now and I absolutely love what I do. I am very detailed, dedicated, punctual, honest, and driven. As an owner, my mission is to develop and maintain client relationships, give back to my community, and to build amazing structures.
